Senyor in Singapore 2016: Din Tai Fung
We went searching for something awesome to satisfy our craving for dimsum.
Continuing my posts of me and my family's recent Singapore vacation, I really had to bring them to Sentosa Island Resort.
We started our day a bit late but nevertheless made it to the Island Resort with ease.
Soon as we arrive, we didn't pass up on the opportunity to take our photos in front of the Universal Studios globe.
Of course, I was left out.
I had to find a way to get myself included.
After spending a couple of hours deceiving our own eyes in a museum, it's time to eat lunch.
We were searching for dimsum places and one happened to be at the right place, at the right time: Din Tai Fung.
After settling down, we waited for our orders to be served, first is the Oriental Salad in Special Vinegar Dressing.
Stewed Beancurd with Honey sauce
Oriental Wontons with Black Vinegar & Chili Oil
Deep-fried Shrimp & Pork Wontons
Stir-fried Hong Kong Kailan with Special Sauce
Steamed Shrimp and Pork Shao Mai
Steamed Vegetarian Mushroom Dumplings
Pork Xiao Long Bao
I can't remember how many steamers of their Xiao Long Bao, Shao Mai, and Dumplings were ordered because each food item was so good.
Of course, you can see exactly how those dim sums were made.
